Describe what role you play at your company?

Currently I manage the Production Control team which includes the planning side of production, customer service and coordination of product shipment to our customers as well as inventory control at the processing facility.

What do you like best about your company?

I thoroughly enjoy the people I work with and am very fortunate to have a hardworking team of dedicated employees.  I enjoy the flexibility and variety of my job – I am involved in a lot of different areas which provides me the opportunity to learn many new things.  There is a strong team mentality throughout the groups that I interact with on a daily basis which makes problem solving a collaborative effort with buy-in from all groups.

What skills or personal traits do you have that contribute to your success?

A very strong work ethic and the willingness to do whatever it takes to allow my team members, others around me and the company be successful.  I am very organized and efficient.

What do you like to do when you're not at work?

Family time with my kids/grandkids, volunteering at a local library for a children's reading program that utilizes therapy dogs, volunteering at an animal shelter, competing in agility with my dog, reading, biking and baking.
