INSURANCE COVERAGE
The NP-USA Group family offers health and welfare benefits to meet our employees' individual needs, as well as those of their dependents. Eligible employees have several plans to choose from that include comprehensive medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage.
The companies also offer basic life and basic AD&D insurance coverage, STD, LTD and travel insurance coverage to all eligible employees. Supplemental Life, Supplemental AD&D, Spouse and Child Life insurance coverage are also available at affordable rates.
TIME OFF
The NP-USA Group believes one of the keys to maintaining a productive employee base is to offer a competitive time off policy. Eligible employees receive paid time off based on length of service and hours worked in addition to time off for certain holidays.
SAVING FOR YOUR FUTURE
Eligible employees may participate in the company's 401(k) plan which provides the opportunity for you to volutarily accumulate savings on a pre-tax basis subject to the IRS elective deferral dollar limit.
